I started my career as an entertainment lawyer. I was drawn to film and TV production by my love of stories. I always knew that the stories we tell reveal so much of who we are. As I aged, I realized that stories don’t just reveal, they control. The stories we tell ourselves shape how we feel and respond to world around us.

As a clinical psychologist at 91������ Langone, I help individuals reshape internal narratives that maintain distress and motivate ineffective behaviour. I am driven by a deep commitment to translating clinical science into approachable skills that help patients work toward their goals. I tailor treatment to each client, incorporating cognitive, behavioral, emotionally focused, motivational, and mindfulness-based techniques to address their unique needs. I specialize in treating a variety of conditions, including anxiety, ADHD, autism, depression, personality disorders, prolonged grief, and PTSD. I also support individuals navigating major life transitions and work with couples to improve their relationship dynamics. When not with patients, I supervise trainees and teach fellows, sharing my passion for mental healthcare.

With extensive experience across inpatient, outpatient, and residential settings, I am well-equipped to manage complex cases and provide comprehensive care. At 91������ Langone, I see patients in-person at our Park Avenue office and offer virtual visits through the 91������ Langone app for clients in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida.
